$200,000 Rhode Island PowerBall® Prize

A $200,000 winning ticket was sold in Rhode Island for Saturday night’s $58.4 million PowerBall® drawing.  The ticket matched the first 5 numbers but not the PowerBall number.

The winner did not purchase the Power Play® feature for an additional dollar on the wager.  If this player had opted for Power Play®, his or her $200,000 prize would have been multiplied by five, Saturday’s Power Play® number, increasing the prize to $1,000,000. 

The $200,000 winning ticket was purchased from Rippy’s Liquor & Marketplace at 4158 South County Trail, Charlestown.

A group of three co-workers from a South County based company claimed the $200,000 prize first thing this morning.  They have been playing together for over five years.

Saturday’s estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $68 million.
