$200,000 & Two $10,000 Rhode Island PowerBall® Winners
There were three big winners in Rhode Island for last night’s $15 million PowerBall® drawing. A $200,000 and two $10,000 winning tickets were all sold in state. The $200,000 ticket matched the first five numbers but not the PowerBall number, while the $10,000 tickets matched four numbers and the PowerBall number.
The winners did not purchase the Power Play® feature for an additional dollar on the wager. If these players had opted for Power Play®, their $10,000 and $200,000 prizes would have been multiplied by four, Wednesday’s Power Play® number, increasing the prizes to $40,000 and $800,000.
The $200,000 winning ticket was purchased from Stateline Tobacco at 29 Stafford Rd., Tiverton. One of the $10,000 tickets was sold by the Cumberland Farms at 295 Legris Ave., West Warwick. The other $10,000 ticket was purchased from the Hess Express at 1783-1789 Plainfield Pike, Johnston. All of the above prizes have yet to be claimed.
Saturday’s estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $20 million.
