Graduate Student Claims $20,000 Instant Ticket Prize
A Providence man claimed a $10,000 Multi Chance Keno win. He wagered $1.00 on a 10 spot game and opted to pay an additional dollar on his wager for the Multi Chance feature. On his initial game he won two free bonus games with the Multi Chance feature. He matched 9 spots out of 10 on his second bonus game, winning the Multi Chance Keno increased prize of $10,000! But, this was not his first big Keno win. He played the same numbers on a Keno Plus game in 2013 and won $300,000! He said the numbers represent his birthdate and his grandchildren's birthdates. With his first win, he invested a large portion of the money into a trust for each grandchild. This time, he plans to use his win to add to each of their accounts. The winning ticket was purchased at Harry's Convenience, 562 Plainfield St., Providence.
