$100,000 & Two $50,000 Winning PowerBall® Tickets Sold in RI
Saturday's PowerBall® drawing was a lucky one for Rhode Island Lottery players. Three tickets matched four numbers and the PowerBall® number, winning the standard payout of $50,000. However, one player added the PowerPlay® feature for an extra dollar, which multiplied the prize by 2, Saturday's PowerPlay® number, to equal $100,000. Cumberland Farms, 1933 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, sold the $100,000 winning ticket. The two $50,000 winning tickets were purchased at Stop & Shop, 3 Stilson Rd., Richmond, and Mutual Gas, 397 Dyer Ave., Cranston. All three prizes remain unclaimed.
Wednesday's estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $293 million!
