$10,500 Rhode Island Keno Winner

Francis Vargas, from Warren, RI, just claimed a $10,500 winning Keno ticket.  He played a one dollar eight spot bet and matched all eight numbers to win the standard payout of $10,500. 

The happy winner said he’s going to put the money in the bank, and maybe play some more Keno.  Rod’s Grille at 6 Washington St., Warren, sold the winning Keno tickets.
