Daily Numbers Paid Out 233% on Friday
$10,000 PowerBall® Winner

Friday night’s Daily Numbers drawing paid out a remarkable 233%.  The Rhode Island Lottery awarded $162,876 worth of prizes, while taking in $69,699 in net sales.  There were a total of 15 tickets sold with a prize value of $2,604 and 14 tickets with a prize of $2,500.  The popular winning combination drawn was 1 2 8 0. 

The Daily Numbers drawings take place Monday through Saturday at 6:59 pm and at 6:29 pm on Sundays, live on WPRI-TV. 

There was also a $10,000 winning ticket sold in Rhode Island for Saturday night’s $25,000,000 PowerBall® drawing.  The ticket matched four numbers and the PowerBall® number.  The standard payout for this type of win is $10,000.  The winner did not purchase the Power Play® feature for an additional dollar on the wager.  If the player had opted for Power Play®, the $10,000 prize would have been multiplied by 2, Saturday’s Power Play® number, to equal $20,000.

The winning ticket was purchased from Stop & Shop at 300 Quaker Lane, Warwick.  The $10,000 prize has yet to be claimed.

Wednesday’s estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $30 million.
