$75,000 Winning Instant Ticket Found in Car a Year Later
Two Big Numbers Wins on the Same Draw
A Cranston man claimed a $75,000 $5 “Baseball” Instant Ticket top prize. He believes he had the winning ticket in his car for about a year. He said “life got busy” and he forgot to check it. So, he visited a Lottery retailer. The clerk told him he would need to claim his prize at the Lottery Headquarters, which is where he learned, to his surprise, that he had won $75,000! He is overwhelmed with joy and plans to use some of the money to check something off his bucket list starting with a trip to Aruba. A & B Mart, 951 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, sold the winning ticket.
