Both Wild Money Tickets Claimed

The $194,311 jackpot from Saturday night’s Wild Money drawing and the $20,000 jackpot hit last night were both claimed this morning.   

A very excited man from Kenyon, RI, won the $194,311 Wild Money jackpot after randomly picking the winning numbers while at the Stop & Shop on Stilson Road in Richmond.  He said he had trouble staying calm at work the last couple of days because he was so excited about his win.  Since he only has two years left before he can retire, he said he’ll continue to work.

Not long after, the $20,000 Wild Money jackpot winner from last night came in to claim his prize.  He said he wants to invest the money wisely, and his wife said with a smile that he should give her half of the winnings.  Sandy Lane Market at 459 Sandy Ln., Warwick, sold him the winning quick pick ticket. 

The Wild Money drawings take place three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, live on WPRI-TV at 7:29pm.   Thursday night’s estimated jackpot is $20,000.
