A Dreams Leads to $15,208

One lucky Central Falls man, Abimael Carmenatty, won $15,208 on the Daily Numbers game after dreaming up the winning numbers.  He said he had a dream that he couldn’t remember the last four digits of his friend’s phone number, so in the dream, when the friend gave him the number, he said “make sure to remember these numbers because they’re very important.”  The next day when Carmenatty awoke, he told his family about the dream and they all encouraged him to play those numbers in the lottery.  So, he played a $2 wager on a 4-digit straight bet and a $1 wager on a 4-digit combo, winning a total of $15,208.  The lucky number that he played was 1 3 9 4. 
 
Carmenatty bought the ticket from Central Warehouse Liquor on Broad Street in Central Falls and plans to save the winnings and use them for a down payment on a house. 
 
Immediately after Carmenatty left, a North Providence man came in to claim $10,000 from a Daily Numbers win.  He had played 4 2 9 6, the plate number on his father’s truck on two $1 4-digit straight bets that won $5,000 each.  Car Wash King on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence sold the winning tickets.
