$24,000 Wild Money Jackpot Hit
$50,000 Winning Instant Ticket Claimed

The jackpot for Rhode Island’s own progressive jackpot game, Wild Money, was hit last night making one lucky player $24,000 richer.  This was the third Wild Money jackpot hit in eight draws. 

The winning ticket was bought from Mendon Athletic Club on Dorr Street in Cumberland.  The prize has yet to be claimed.

Saturday’s estimated Wild Money jackpot is $20,000. 

The Wild Money drawings take place three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, live on WPRI-TV at 7:29pm.  

There was also a $50,000 winning $50,000 Riches Instant Ticket claimed this week by a woman from New Bedford, Mass.  The winner plans to use the money to purchase a car.  She bought the winning ticket from 177 Variety & Coffee Shop at 1540 Bulgarmarsh Rd., Tiverton.
