$400,000 in PowerBall® Prizes Will Expire May 6
$500,000 Worth of PowerBall® Prizes Still Unclaimed
Two $200,000 PowerBall® tickets from the May 6, 2009, drawing are about to expire! Both tickets were purchased from Paul’s Shell on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston. In addition to these two prizes, there is another $40,000 worth of unclaimed high tier PowerBall® prizes sold in Rhode Island that need to be claimed in May. Plus, there are four more prizes that are unclaimed for the year, bringing the overall total of unclaimed prize money to $500,000. Players have a year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize before it is turned over to the State’s General Fund.
