$20,000 Instant Ticket and $10,000 PowerBall® Winners

A woman from Warwick just won $20,000 playing the Slingo instant game from Rite Aid on Warwick Ave. in Warwick. She thought she had won $2,000 and almost fell over when she learned it was $20,000! She plans on going away and also getting things for her new apartment.

A $10,000 PowerBall® winner from Hopkinton also came in to claim his winnings. This winning ticket was sold at People’s Liquor Warehouse at 229 Main St., in Ashaway.
