Joseph Taylor of Wakefield, RI, came in to the Lottery Validations office this afternoon to claim a $35,000 prize on a winning “Season’s Greetings” Instant Ticket. He purchased the ticket this morning from Hess Express, at 1190 Main St., Richmond.
He and his wife plan on using the money towards a new car – they aren’t sure what kind they’ll get yet, but the money came at a good time since they knew they would have to get a new one soon.
