20-year-old Kayla Skomro from Charleston came to Lottery Headquarters this morning to claim $20,000 from Rhode Island Lottery’s Instant Game, Emerald Green Slingo. Her whole family came to witness her receive the big check. Kayla plans to go to Florida with her winnings. The ticket was purchased at Spring Street Market on 1 Spring Street in Hope Valley.
