$10,000 PowerBall® Winning Streak

For the second drawing in a row, Rhode Island sold a $10,000 winning PowerBall® ticket.  The ticket matched four numbers and the PowerBall® number for Saturday night’s drawing.  The standard payout for this type of win is $10,000.  The winner did not purchase the Power Play® feature for an additional dollar on the wager.  If the player had opted for Power Play®, the $10,000 prize would have been multiplied by two, Saturday night’s Power Play® number, to equal $20,000.

The winning ticket was purchased from C-Town Supermarket on 300 Barton Street in Pawtucket.  The $10,000 prize has yet to be claimed.  Last Wednesday’s $10,000 winning ticket also remains unclaimed. 

Wednesday’s estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $47 million.
