Sleepless in Rhode Island

Rosibel Hernadez of Central Falls claimed $10,000 on the Instant Ticket “BINGO”. She purchased the ticket from Dexter Warehouse Liquor on 265 Barton Street in Pawtucket. 

Ms. Hernadez couldn’t wait to cash the ticket in after the hurricane, especially because she hasn’t been sleeping since she won. Originally from El Salvador 11 years ago, she and her husband are very happy to call Rhode Island home.
