A Woonsocket man came to the Rhode Island Lottery Headquarters glowing when he claimed a $65,000 prize he won playing the “Shimmering 7’s” Instant Ticket. He plans to pay some credit card bills, pay off one car and buy a new one for his kids.
Gulf Express at 852 Park Avenue in Woonsocket, sold the winning ticket.
