More than $1.25 million paid out yesterday alone!
The Lottery Validation's Office was busy all day yesterday with happy new year winners. The Lottery paid out more than $1,250,400 in prizes from their Validations office in Cranston! Of this $1.2 million, seven Rhode Island Lottery players cashed in tickets winning $10,000 or more for a combined total of $1,127,000 claimed in high tier prizes.
