$37,946 Wild Money Winner

Wild Money WinnerBrett Benitez of Foster just left Rhode Island Lottery headquarters $37,946 dollars richer from hitting the Wild Money jackpot in last night's drawing. He will be turning 21-years-old next week and did not think he would ever win anything like this. "This is unreal" he exclaimed to his family and little brother who accompanied him. Benitez plans to use the money towards a house.

He bought his ticket from West Shore Food Mart at 2563 West Shore Road in Warwick. He played 4 separate Quick Picks.

The Wild Money drawings take place three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, live on WPRI-TV at 7:29pm.   Tonight’s estimated jackpot is $20,000.
