A gentleman from Providence won $21,250 on a Keno Plus Ticket and $10,000 on a Keno Multichance Ticket for a total of $31,250! He plans to pay bills and go on vacation. Mirabar at 35 Richmond Street in Providence sold the winning tickets.
Plus, last night’s Daily Numbers drawing paid out a remarkable 236%. The Rhode Island Lottery awarded $150,325 worth of prizes, while taking in $63,583 in net sales. There were a total of 4 tickets sold with a prize value of $2,500 and 16 tickets with a prize of $2,708.
The popular winning combination drawn was 1 2 5 2. Two $10,832 Daily Numbers winners have claimed their prize thus far.
Charles Plakias of North Kingstown played the 1 2 5 2 since that was his old badge number from work. Charles plans to take a nice vacation with his $10,832 win. Exeter Wine & Spirits at 254 Nooseneck Hill Road in Exeter sold the winning ticket.
A gentleman from Warwick also won $10,832 playing the popular combination of 1 2 5 2. He chose this combination a while back around the holidays, when he played 1 2 2 5 for Christmas day and reversed the last two digits for 1 2 5 2, and has opted to play that ever since. He plans to pay bills, including his daughter's college tuition. He purchased four separate tickets; two at Lakewood Liquors at 774 Warwick Ave., Warwick and the other two at Cumberland Farms at 1291 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
The Daily Numbers drawings take place Monday through Saturday at 6:59 pm and at 6:29 pm on Sundays, live on WPRI-TV.
