Silvia Urizar of Providence claimed $10,000 from the "Cash to Go" Instant Ticket.  She happily took the money to go, and said she may even buy a few more Lottery tickets with some of her winnings.  Silvia purchased the ticket from Elmwood Liquors at 801 Elmwood Ave., Providence.
