$35,000 Halloween Instant Ticket Winner

A Woonsocket man purchased the Halloween-themed Instant Ticket "Count 'Cash'ula" early this morning and instantly won $35,000. He didn't even look to see how much he won when he gave the ticket to the Retailer. The look on the clerk's face certainly made him look though. Both were in shock to discover he was holding a $35,000 winner, which he immediately signed. He plans to buy a new Jeep Wrangler.

The winning ticket was purchased at Manville Road General, 37 Manville Rd., Woonsocket.
