Rhode Island's PowerBall® Winners
Last night's $587.5 million record PowerBall® drawing resulted in two winning jackpot tickets sold, one in Arizona and one in Missouri. Both tickets matched all five numbers: 5, 16, 22, 23, 29 and the PowerBall® number, 6, to split the jackpot.
Rhode Island sold more than $3 million worth of PowerBall® tickets for last night's drawing. The drawing resulted in 47,920 winning tickets ranging from $40,000 to $4 totaling $346,126:

Four of the winning tickets matched four numbers and the PowerBall® number, for a standard payout of $10,000. One of the players opted to purchase the PowerPlay® for an extra dollar on the wager which increased the prize to $40,000. The prizes have not been claimed.
Gold Mart at 1531 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, sold the $40,000 winning ticket. Joe's Central Ave Grill at 836 Central Ave., Pawtucket; Cumberland Farms at 3323 South County Trail, East Greenwich; and Stop & Shop at 1128 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, sold the $10,000 winning tickets.
Saturday's estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $40 million.
