A gentleman from Pawtucket has cashed in a $40,000 "Cash in a Flash" Instant Ticket this morning. He plans to use the money towards Christmas presents and share with his family. He purchased the ticket from A & S Convenience at 248 West Avenue in Pawtucket. This is the second $40,000 winner this week, following a $40,000 PowerBall® PowerPlay® prize claim on December 3.
