$21,000 Keno Winner in Rhode Island

James Brown of Cranston cashed in a $21,000 Keno ticket he purchased in December at Oaklawn Discount Liquors, 985 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston. It was only the 2nd time he's ever played Keno and just checked his ticket now.  He wagered $2 on an 8-spot and matched 8 out of the 8 numbers for the $21,000 win. He played a combination of numbers for himself and his wife's birthday. The money is going in the bank for now but they plan to go somewhere this summer and do things that you wouldn't normally do.

Non-winning Keno tickets can be entered on Rhody Replay for a 2nd chance to win cash.  From February 4, 2013 - February 17, 2013, five (5) $100 winners are drawn every day. Then, on February 18, one (1) $5,000 Grand Prize winner will be drawn.
