Tickets for the Million Dollar Raffle Game were available only in Rhode Island. From October 6th until selling out on December 27th, players could purchase the $20 ticket from any Rhode Island Lottery Retailer. Only 120,000 tickets were available for sale. The Grand Drawing was held on New Year’s Eve at Twin River’s Lighthouse Bar with a live telecast on WPRI-12. Winners did not have to be present for the Rhode Island Lottery's Million Dollar Raffle Grand Drawing to win the prizes listed below.

Rules for Claiming Prizes

• Winning tickets must be redeemed within 365 days from draw.

• Players must have their original Raffle ticket to claim their prize. (The voucher will not be accepted.)

Special Promotional Drawings

Each Raffle ticket printed out with a voucher form entitling the holder to enter optional promotional drawings that took place every Wednesday at Twin River. Prizes for these bonus drawings included cash, Bonus Play, Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins tickets and more!
