Each Raffle ticket will print out with a voucher form entitling the holder to enter promotional drawings for subsidiary prizes like cash, Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins tickets and more!

When: Promotional Drawings happen every Wednesday at Twin River from October 15th to December 17th at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm. Winners do not have to be present for the Grand Drawing or the weekly promotional drawings. Winners who are present on the Wednesday nights for any of the three drawings, win $500 in Bonus Play from Twin River. *

How to Enter: To enter promotional drawings, players must fill out voucher completely and legibly. Submit the completed voucher to the Twin River Players' Club Booths ** or mail to The Rhode Island Lottery, "Million Dollar Raffle", 1425 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, RI 02920. By completing the voucher and entering into the Special Promotional Drawings, you agree to enroll in RI Lottery's VIP Club and Twin River's Player Club. ***

To purchase tickets or enter promotional drawings, players must be 18 years or older. All entries will be eligible for promotional drawings to be conducted throughout the weeks leading up to the Grand Drawing.

* Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and proper ID is required. Twin River Bonus play not redeemed within 30 days will be forfeited and remain the property of Twin River. To win the $500 in free bonus play, guests will have to report to one of the Players club booths within 5 minutes of hearing their name announced over Twin River's internal PA system.

** Vouchers mailed to Twin River are not eligible.

• No play slip required - Lottery terminal will automatically generate the numbered ticket.

• Cancellations are not allowed for Raffle tickets.

• Players can purchase multiple tickets with each Raffle ticket printing separately.

The Drawing

• The Million Dollar Raffle Grand Drawing is scheduled for New Year's Eve (December 31, 2008*) at Twin River's Lighthouse Lounge with a live telecast on WPRI-12. Stay tuned for more details.

• Winners do not have to be present for the Grand Drawing or the weekly promotional drawings.

* The Rhode Island Lottery reserves the right to change the drawing date with adequate advance public notice.
