P-Bruins Opt-In Promotion Rules

Entry Guidelines for P-Bruins Opt-In Promotion Rules (“VIP Exclusive”):

1. The P-Bruins Opt-In Promotion (“Promotion”) will begin Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., and continue through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The computer clock of the Rhode Island Lottery webmaster is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
2. Registered Rhode Island Lottery VIP Club members with Standard and Plus level memberships (“VIP Club Members”) are eligible to enter.   VIP Club registration is free, and individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older must visit https://www.rilot.com/en-us/registration.html or download the Rhode Island Lottery mobile app to create a VIP Club account. VIP Club Members with a Lite level membership can upgrade their account to a Standard or Plus level membership by logging in to their account and clicking “Upgrade.”
3. How To Enter Promotion:
   1. VIP Club Members who have opted in to receive promotional emails from the Rhode Island Lottery prior to 11:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, will be sent an email invitation on March 10, 2026, from the Rhode Island Lottery that includes an "Enter" button for the Promotion.  By clicking on the "Enter" button during the Promotion Period, the VIP Club Member will be entered automatically in the Promotion.
   2. VIP Club Members not opted in to receive promotional emails, or players who register for the VIP Club after 11:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2026, may visit the entry webpage and click the "Opt-In" button during the Promotion Period to be entered. 
   3. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. If a person clicks the "Enter" button in the promotional email, that individual will not be able to enter by visiting the webpage or any other social media pages. The use of more than one (1) email address per entrant or any attempt to submit multiple entries per individual is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. The Rhode Island Lottery is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, misdirected, or forged emails, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or any combination thereof. The Rhode Island Lottery is not responsible for any damage to any individual's computer or telephone system/software related to or resulting from participating or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
5. All entries in a drawing have an equal chance of winning a prize.
6. Odds of winning any prize in the Promotion will vary depending upon the number of entries received for the drawing.

Drawings & Winners:

1. One (1) drawing will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, for twenty (20) winners to each win four (4) tickets to a 2025-2026 regular season Providence Bruins home game (“Prize”).
2. Limit of one (1) win per VIP Club Member.
3. The Rhode Island Lottery will notify winners by email. In addition to this email notification, winners will receive a Second Chance Notification on the VIP Club portal within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing.  Please be sure your account is updated with your latest contact information. The winners’ names will also be posted on the Winners tab for this Promotion on the Rhode Island Lottery website. 
4. Each winner must validate the win and claim the Prize at Rhode Island Lottery Headquarters, 1425 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, or the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. In order to validate a win and claim the Prize, each winner must provide a copy of a valid, government-issued photo I.D. and must complete and sign a Rhode Island Lottery claim form(s).
5. Winners may need to follow additional instructions to claim their Prize through the Providence Bruins and/or other ticket provider, including, but not limited to, creating/logging into an account on a mobile app to accept digital tickets.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The Rhode Island Lottery is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or any combination thereof.
2. The Rhode Island Lottery is not responsible for any damage to any individual’s computer or telephone system/software related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in this Promotion.
3. By the act of entering the Promotion, all entrants agree in the event of a win to allow the use of their names, in full or in part, for any and all purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitations and without compensation, including, but not limited to for promotional and advertising purposes.
4. The Rhode Island Lottery makes no implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance, or performance of any prize offered.  By participating, entrants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Rhode Island Lottery, its directors, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with this Promotion, including, without limitation, the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize.
5. The Rhode Island Lottery, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability or for any other reason.  Additional restrictions and conditions specific to any particular prize will be disclosed to winners upon notification.
6. Each person participating in this Promotion agrees by the act of participation to be bound by these rules and procedures, statutes, administrative rules, and procedures of the Rhode Island Lottery.
7. The Rhode Island Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Promotion, and change these rules if the drawing cannot be conducted as planned due to errors in these rules or advertising, unauthorized intervention, tampering, fraud, technical errors, viruses, worms, bugs, or any other cause beyond the control of the Rhode Island Lottery that, in Rhode Island Lottery's sole judgement, could corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the drawings.
8. All entries shall be subject to verification by the Rhode Island Lottery.
9. The Rhode Island Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or the associated drawing or to be acting in violation of these rules and procedures, statutes, administrative rules and procedures of the Rhode Island Lottery.
