A couple from North Kingstown claimed a $1,000,000 "Maximum Payout" Instant Ticket top prize. The husband shared that he'd like to use some of his winnings to purchase a new truck for himself and his son. Stop & Shop, 1300 Ten Rod Rd., North Kingstown, sold the winning ticket.
Kristen Silverthorne from Chepachet claimed a $22,500 Keno Plus win. She wagered $1 on a 7 spot Keno Plus game. She matched 7 out of 7 numbers to win the standard prize of $4,500. The prize was multiplied by 5, the Keno Plus number for that drawing, to equal $22,500. She plans to buy her 16 year old daughter a car with the majority of her winnings. Gonyea's Tavern, 150 Main St., Pascoag, sold the winning ticket.
