Jackpot Now at $394 Million
As the Mega Millions® jackpot continues to climb to $394 million, so do the Mega Millions® winners!
The Rhode Island Lottery is eagerly awaiting the arrival of a $1,000,000 Mega Millions® winner to come in to claim the prize from the February 2, 2024, drawing! The winning ticket, purchased at Stop & Shop, 605 Metacom Ave., Bristol, matched all five numbers, but not the Mega Ball number, to win the standard prize payout of $1,000,000. The winner did not purchase the Megaplier® feature for an additional dollar. If the Megaplier® had been added, the prize would have been multiplied by 3, the Megaplier® number for Friday’s draw, to $3,000,000.
Additionally, there was a $10,000 Mega Millions® winning ticket sold from Shop N Go, 237 Greenville Ave., Johnston for the February 6, 2024, drawing. The ticket has been claimed by a man from Johnston.
A $10,000 Mega Millions® prize from the December 5, 2023, drawing was claimed by man from Narragansett. He purchased the winning ticket at Pier Liquors, Inc, 29 Pier Marketplace, Narragansett.
In other news, a man from Providence won $30,000 playing the “Sonic Multiplier” Instant Game at Quick Fuel, 1601 Hartford Ave., Johnston. Meanwhile, a woman from Coventry celebrated a $10,000 win playing the “High Roller” Instant Game at Alltown Warwick, 1050 Bald Hill Rd., Warwick. Her winning ticket, a gift from her sister, will be put towards tuition fees
